Although we assure you that it is worth giving it a try. As you begin to walk its streets, get lost in the markets, visit the incredible temples, see its culture and way of life, you will begin to find an order in that chaos so personal that you will end up wanting to stay longer.

The capital of Thailand, a city that never sleeps. In the morning you can visit its temples, Chinatown, the royal palace, its endless number of shopping malls, floating markets or its river that runs through much of the city. Phuket’s reputation as Thailand’s premier leisure playground is well founded. Distinguished by lush, jungle-clad mountains, gorgeous beaches and turquoise waters, the island’s geographical wonders are backdrops to a world-famous pleasure zone.

Most holidaymakers head to the west coast for the photogenic and super-popular beaches of Patong, Surin, Kamala, Kata and Karong. This cluster of resorts, restaurants and leisure attractions is ideal for families and travellers who like everything at their fingertips. And of course, no trip to Phuket is complete without an excursion to the spectacular Phang Nga Bay, with dramatic limestone outcrops and aquamarine waters that will send your Instagram followers into a frenzy.

Phuket's four most popular beaches

Patong Beach: beach famous for its lively atmosphere

Patong Beach is the most visited beach in Phuket and therefore one of the most visited beaches in Thailand. It is well known for its great leisure offer, with a wide variety of shops, restaurants, nightclubs and spas. It is a good option if fun is a priority for you.

If you are looking to disconnect, get away from the crowds and a few days of luxury on the beaches of Thailand, we recommend Panwa Beach. Here you will find exclusive resorts, some with private beaches or infinity pools. Perfect for those looking to give a unique touch to their trip. A paradisiacal beach in Thailand where you can disconnect and enjoy yourself or in company.

Kata Beach: popular for surfing or lounging

Kata Beach is actually made up of two beaches: Kata Yai and Kata Noi. It is a destination with quite paradisiacal beaches, and with a balance between relaxation and leisure. It has many restaurants and a nightlife, although it is calmer than Patong Beach. If you like surfing, Kata Beach is one of the most popular surfing destinations in the area.
